Looking for a new rear ballast for 1998 LSC! mine has a mind of its own, Works when I turn the lights on and then then off then on again. It will work only for a few minutes with running lights. I drove behind the car during the day and every time wife stepped on brakes the neon lit up for brakes, This does not happen at night with the lights on! Any help would be appreciated. I purchased a used ballast on ebay and installed it and it blew the running light fuse. I took that one back out and reinstalled the original.
