rear brakes

I have a 1940 Lincoln Continental convertible with a 93 mark drive train with the mark rear. I need larger brakes in the rear because the car is rear heavy. Are the cobra rear hubs a direct replacement? What size are the cobra rotors? Where do I buy the brackets to bolt the cobra calipers on? If anyone can offer help I would be grateful. Thanks Joe
