saturday 3/8 air ride help

hey I need some help with this rear air bag install. it all looks fine and installed OK but the new bag will not inflate. air is being pumped (I pulled the air line form the solenoid and it was blowing). After 45 secs there is a 'click' from within the top of the airbag and it throws the check air ride msg.

It takes 2 or 3 times to inflate for the first time.....all ya gotta do is to turn the key on...don't have to start it. It'll turn on the air light, Turn key off then back on...2-3 times.
