Have severe brake pull to right on braking followed by equally severe pull to left on releasing brake. I have read the threads on this and have queried mechanic about ball joint and control arm bushings. He insists both are "tight as new" now obviously I'm no expert, but arguing with the mechanic is getting me nowhere. He insists I need to replace the brake pressure control valve, but Ford lists this as obsolete part. One indie parts house said if I took it off, they would ship it to Anaheim for a rebuild at about $125+ That sounds like a total screw over, but I'm running out of places to try. Can anyone offer help?
