So 1 1/2 years and 40k miles ago. (Alternator rant)

My PA alternator crapped out in less then 3k miles and my kragens one is still good. I keep the auto zone one in the garage just incase. The ****ty part is every time the alt dies your have potential battery damage. I still need to take it back before I am out a bunch of money I had it powder coated black at 130A with next day delivery, because my car was stranded at work. I put a brand new battery in with it also. Total was like $457.00 Paid 158.48 S&H. Daaaaamn i really need to send that back under warranty lol.

457 is insane!!! That thing better last.

My charge light went away since this post and hasn't come back?! No other issues like dimming lights or anything are going on.

Maybe the charge light bulb burnt out because it was on for so long lol
