stereo upgrade with what?

what i'd like is bluetooth,cd/dvd with screen,hd fm. whats the best bang for the buck that will fit. don't know if i need or want to change speakers or factory amp any advice appreciated.

The factory speakers and amp are decent, and can be used with a new head unit.

Do you want/need USB, iPod, or Sirius?
