Stone17's Headlight Restoration

I just did Stone17's headlights tonight. They turned out pretty good me thinks.

EDIT:

For those people who dont want to search...........lol

Here is what I used:

cleaned headlights
secured first headlight
wetsanded with 1500 grit sandpaper
wetsanded with 2000 grit sandpaper
cleaned headlight again
used an electric buffer and buffed with ultra cutting creme
used an electric buffer and buffed with swirl remover
used a wax applicator and applied a hand polish
cleaned headlight
repeated above steps for other headlight
boxed up for shipping


total process took probably about 25 minutes. not long at all.

I would recommend waxing over the top of them also, I just didn't have any (cant have that stuff in the body shop)

how come you didnt do around the edge of the lenses? that part will buff clear also. lenses look awesome. when i do a set i do the outer band of the lense's also.

i did. the crappy light\cell phone pics just make it look weird.
