Swaying "We're gonna die, we're gonna die.

My 1998 LSC had the passenger side control arm replaced last year because 2 of the bolts broke. It was fine, then I noticed that at 70 when Illinois increased the speed limit that the car felt unsafe, 65 or less is fine. It felt like the back end was swaying.
Yesterday was my first time driving it again in 4 months,, Going around a curve to the left she didn't act up, curve to the right and it feels like the rear end is on ice. My friend was following me and said that the back passenger side wheel was hoping. I noticed at over 65 there was a bad vibration, my friend had borrow the car for 4 months and put fixaflat in the back drivers tire, I thought it was that tire and that there was still liquid in the tire making it act that way, but on smooth roads at 60 it is the back passenger wheel.

I checked all the bolts holding the control arms in both rear, only thing I found was the shocks, which were put on a year ago had a loose bolt connecting it to the control arm. The sway bar and stabilizers are fine in the back. Checked the front, already had from sway bar end links so I changed those. Old ones were worn, original and tired but not overly loose.

I am out of ideas, and really don't want to go to the shop if it is something I can handle, she is up on 4 jack stands now, waiting to kill me.
Matt
