Tranny problems #2

OK, yestuday I was driving the mark Fine and today it will only shift in reverse. I was about 2000 miles over a tranny flush but the fluids are still clean. The car won't shift into drive 1 or 2, and the transmission showed know signs of slipping between gears. The car is a 1997 with 114,000 miles.
Any suggestions ??
 
Low fluid or pressure loss when cold?

Edit: Pull the pan and see if the filter somehow came disconnected.

It has gotten very cold over the last cople of days. The cars on jack stands at the moment. Ill put some musle into it 2 morrow if it its not raining like it has been for the last 3 days.
 
OK, I pulled the pan and to my suprise the fluid looked like loan mower oil... The filter did not come off but was in need of change.
 
atleast u have a good tranny.... mine wont go over 45 lol no overdrive!!! so now its sitting in front of my house and i have to look at it.....it saddens me :'(

The car is sitting on jack stands in my back yard. I haved put any fluid into it yet because If the problem is more serious then just a fluidchange I'am thinking of pulling the trans.
