Weird thing goin on with the airbags

Ok...

I have replaced...both front struts, the compressor, the computer, both front height sensors. All these are 6mos-18mos old.

The other day, I noticed a small leak in the rear(driver) airbag. If you lifted up on the bak end just a little, the hissing would stop and the car would lift as it should. Today, it leaked again, and I lifted it up as I have done a dozen times or so. But this time, all four sides just flattened out and the car sat on the ground.

I can still hear the compressor turn on, but nothing seems to move.

I know I have to get a new set of bags.

I guess I am stuck between throwing more money at this god forsaken air ride system or just going with strutmaster's coil-over conversion. I know the rear bags are pretty cheap($80 I think)...But I am so over this whole air suspension system.

I know there are a lot of smarter, more experienced people in here than I. So I am just looking for some expert advice.

Can anybody tell me their experiences with the coil over kit...how is the ride height, is the ride rougher, how much of a pain is it to install etc...

What year and how many miles?

It could be your lines, or solenoids. Improper installation can take the rubber o-rings out of place, and might cause a leak with a new strut.
