what fuse works the HID bulb?

I installed a new HID and I heard a pop like a fuse blew, where would the fuse for the right HID bulb be? I need to change it. Thanks
 
ok I checked all the maxi-fuses specifically number 25 as per the user manual and it is in tact. I connected the headlight that isn't working to the ballast of the one that is and both the ballast and headlight work, so its the wiring from the car that isn't working properly. How do I access the wiring or is there another fuse inline? Am I missing something? There seems to be no power to the wiring where it comes off the wiring harness.
