Will these coils fit

What year Conti do you have? It would help if you would fill out your Public Profile so you wouldn't have to list it every time you have a question.
 
Weird. The '97 Conti has coils and wires? The '97 Mark VIIIs had coil on plug design.
 
yeah it is weird...I thought they had COP too but they have 2 coils to the left of the block then all the wires going to the plugs.
 
Continentals didn't get COP until'98.

Sure, those coils will fit. Sure, they'll work.

Will you notice any great seat-of-your-pants power improvements? I doubt it.
 
im not really looking for power improvements just a fully optimized ignitions system...plugs,Wires,Coils,Optima Red or yellow battey,HO Alternator and High Torque Starter...basically just refreshing all teh electrical components because on some of the older cars I used to have those were to first parts that usually failed on me and i would like optimum gas mileage is this day and age ;)
