if you swap the internal harness, you don't need to repin. TCCOA has a lot of info on the trans swap topics.

can you still buy turbo chucks? i heard they were no longer available.

i removed the pump and lines entirely. took the caps off the lines, put a dime underneath, and put the caps back on the manifolds.

don't put it back. i dont think my 96 gave me a CEL either.

i saw the sleeves, and i figured it'd be a stroker. :) but i thought i'd check anyway.

is this still a 4.6? very respectable NA numbers through an auto/IRS car.

that engine had just peaked, need to keep spinning it. navi heads are good for the rpm, big big runner volume, especially ported.

the 1st time, i removed the hood and cowl. the 2nd time, i pulled the engine.

so are we sure its not converter shudder?

you probably need a DPFE. they do occasionally cause idle or running issues. on a 93, you'll have to replace the connector as the plastic uses the newer style. the old one is probably metal housing still. you could unplug it and see if it changes. as i recall, it used to be standard operating...
