Any time you have imrc codes, check the whole system. the drivers side could be the problem.

Ellen: Check out rockauto.com. They have it listed under speed sensor. Ford product, fourth item down. Only 3 left, $28.79! Good luck. On the by, have you tried cleaning the sensor and ring. Many a time, a code will pop up because there is a lot of material on the sensor.

Well, I brought the other bad shock back to autozone by me. They have ordered me another unit from orlando, that should be here today by 2pm.

You say you have a rough ride during driving. Do you notice your front dropping down? More than likely, the compressor has to come on repeatedly to pump the bags up, and the computer is shutting it down. You need to find out which, if not both air shocks are leaking.

I received mine on tuesday and wednesday. They are packaged exactly like yours. I don't think their rebuilt, as there are no part numbers stamped anywhere on the unit. I removed the passenger side solenoid, and the shock compressed and rebounded once, then stopped. A little later, I tried...

Update: I looked again today, and there was a 93 plus an engine and engine/trans combo. Plus an IRS pumpkin available.

Just a heads up, I was looking thru Facebook Marketplace, and a noticed quite a few Marks for sale. Even a couple of mark 7's I think they were 88, and 91's. The 8's were 1 94 2 95's 3 96's, including an LSC for $1k. 3 97's and 3 98's. All in the Tampabay area.

Best thing to do, would be to stay with all 96 parts. There is nothing wrong with a 96 trans. But, there is a schematic, somewhere that shows how to re-pin the vehicle harness connector, to use the 98 trans. Also, just rewire, solder the 96 engine harness to use the cops. Much easier...

Yes, the FN10(MarkVIII) and MN12(Thunderbird, Cougar) have a crossed system. Left front - right rear, Right front - left rear.
