I may have one for you but I won't know for a little bit. I have a spare black '98 LSC door that if I don't use you can have the molding. I'm trying to find a nicer door to replace my drivers door, if I do I won't be using my spare.
I'm looking for the LH weatherstrip that sits at the roof line, it starts at the base of the windshield and ends at the quarter glass. Mine is only missing the piece of attached rubber that keeps pressure against the door (see pic from right side) but I don't expect anyone to part with only that...
I believe you're speaking of Ken Appell. I know him through the Focus club and I'm friends with him on Facebook. Guess I need to give him a good tongue lashing! :tongue-pink:
Same bushings, the Mark uses the T-Bird bushings. Mine are very bad, like if the car is parked with the wheel turned you can put you foot on the tire and push the wheel/tire forward/back more than an 1" easy. :big-grin:
I'll try to get a video soon. Currently the car is a little buried in the...
Stopped by the dealer last week but the car is not in the showroom anymore, it's tucked back on it's storage lift covered in a corner. The salesman I spoke to told me the BoB Mark VII SE sold already and that the owner also sold 2 other Mark VIIIs out of his collection.
While I was there I...
I agree 100% JP. I've been going to this show since 2000 and it's changed a lot since then, unfortunately not for the best either. I remember when the Mustangs were only on the 1 half of the fairgrounds and there were many different and unique vehicles to look at on the other half. Once the...
Sorry to hear you're ditching the air but I guess I can't blame you in your situation. Take a ride to Northern NJ and hook it up to my Rotunda SBDS, doesn't get any better than that! :) When I picked it up from the old dealer I used to work at the owner said it cost him 50k in 1991 :eek-large:
This stuff always cracks me up! :) I constantly bust on my co-worker who has a '03 Cobra that he has a nice supercharged Lincoln engine in his Mustang. :D
Looks like a nice little car show, car looks great too!
Sorry just saw this. I honestly think your best bet is going the route I did and get Motorcraft shocks for the T-Bird. I can't confirm this yet but I'd be surprised if it isn't the same shock Ford used on the 3U2Z replacement shock kit they last made for the Mark.
Motorcraft part number is...
I thought I had commented on this but that was apparently on Facebook :p
Congrats Mike! That is a beautiful Mark you have there; my favorite in the community right now. :love-it:
