If someone were to offer to give them to me AND install them for free I wouldn't waste my time with them.No appreciable difference.

I am with Chris on this one. I think they are a waste of time. Yea you might gain a little torque, but WHY would you put anything out of a stock Ford Product and stick it in your car, let alone a part off of an SUV? THere are MANY MANY other choices out there. THe new FRPP cams are nice pieces. Crower makes an evegrowing selection of cams the 4V these days, as do other companies. I think the FRPP cams are a good choice. If I was going to put cams in my red car, I would go with the FRPP's.

What is the lift/duration of the stock intake and exhaust cams? What is the lift/duration of the 03 Cobra intake/Navigator exhaust cams?

If I wanted to install reground cams in my '98, but otherwise keep it stock, what lift/duration should I ask for? What if I wanted to add a 100 shot of NOS?

One would think that with a 9.85:1 compression engine, we would have a good base for a cammer.

if you are looking to blow a bunch of money the best deal is the FR500 stuff from ford, cams, heads, valves, springs, intake.
