1988 town car engine swaps

Hey hows everyone doing. Like the title says any popular town car engine swaps for this gen of town cars?
I am a MarkVIII guy i was thinking of putting a whole MarkVIII drive train in. Thoughts?

All I know for sure is that I miss my 'ol 1986 Town Car.

I wanted to do something different anyone can put a stroked 302 in. The stock 302 is rated at 160 hp that's with the optional dual exhaust.
WTF was ford thinking on a tank like that. Also those AOD are weak a built 4r70w behind a Mod motor would nearly double the Hp and take some weight off that nose.All idea's are welcome guys i am stuck on stupid with this one.:confused:

Every town car needs 400+ HP, they are so heavy.

I'd take a Mark VIII short block, slap some c heads and intake on it and shove it in there.
