99 TC A/C going in and out with the throttle?????

Need help, my a/c appears to be functioning on the mechanical/engine side compressor etc... but then the blower started cutting out when I am on the gas and blowing fine while coasting. Now it has stopped blowing completely but I still hear the compressor kicking on and off as usual. If I turn on the a/c and just crack the windows the air pressure forces cold air in to the vents but the blower itself seems to have stopped working while blend doors and every other part seems to be working fine? Anyone ever heard of this? I need to fix it myself but need some direction. Any help at all would be good.

Sounds like the blower motor controller module. I forget which year they moved it to the inside of the air plenum accessible from the passenger side cowl area. A PITA to change.

Thanks Driller, did some online searching for blower motor controller module replacement or repair and found that a lot of people found that they just had loose wires and such so I am going to try that first, and if it doesn't work I will just leave it hanging out and get a replacement to swap it with.
