A Century of Elegance Comes to Carlisle

100 Years of Lincoln Planned for 2017

In June of 2017 when the Carlisle Ford Nationals happen, we’ll already be halfway through the calendar year. In June of 2017, we’ll also be 100 years removed from the roll out date of the first Lincoln-branded cars to hit the market. A lot has happened in our society since 1917, especially within the automotive world. For one weekend, however; you can enjoy a century of style, class and sophistication as the Carlisle Ford Nationals honors 100 years of the Lincoln.

From car clubs to car enthusiasts, the Lincoln will be well represented. We’ll have a great selection of cars on display within a special tent on the NPD Showfield and hope to compile a 100-year timeline with a car from each year of production in and around the building too. Honor the past, present and future of Lincoln at Carlisle.

This is great, Driller.

Have we reached out to (or been contacted by) Carlisle staff to see if there's anything we can contribute to this? I see that your link does have the "invitational application" at the bottom, so I suppose I can fill that out.

It's great to see these cars featured.

Elegance can be the tent theme....chandeliers, champaign, tuxedos, caviar
Chandeliers - I'm sure we can figure something out :D

Champagne - Not a problem there... :D

Tuxedos - Own one of those... check... :D

Caviar - Might make me sick, but I'm sure we can also have a selection of soft cheeses and those hard ass crackers that taste like dirt... :D

You can buy Prosecco (Italian version of Champagne) for less than $8 a bottle.
