Big Chicago meet?

The Kid, after missing out on Carlisle, wants me to make sure we have a big Chicago meet this year.

I don't know what or how or when (I have so much going on around the house, then again I'd love to show off my new stuff), there's always Montrose Harbor again, I can check into racing, etc.

Please let me know your thoughts on this event, including available dates. In the past, our Chicago meets were held in August.

so far, my August is wide open. I had a canoe trip in there, but I think it's been moved.

August sounds good to me too.

Depending on work and the date, I might be able to get a 3 day weekend, if you don't mind a tent in the backyard for 2 nights.

That way, I don't have to drive the day of the meet.:D

That's one of those places were you gotta have a lot of cars though.

I know there is a main thread about the meet, but this thread is here, and this is just an extra reminder for the Midwest people.:cool:

I'm a bit of a nut about photos with three Mark VIII's, now I need one with three white CE's.:D
