Complete 1998 Mark VIII owner's pack

I've been doing some housecleaning of my car stuff and ran across a complete 1998 Mark VIII owner's pack. It's complete with pouch, manuals, all warranty booklets, even the pen! It's in perfect condition.

Before I put it up on ebay, anyone here interested? $25, shipping included.
