EBC Redstuff

Not sure if anyone is/was aware, but EBC makes the "redstuff" pads for stock mark viii calipers. I know they're a little pricey but heres the part numbers if you're interested.

Part #: DP31168C for the fronts.
Part #: DP31164C for the rears.

I've got a set of cobra fronts, and mark viii rears for the Ivory car. We'll see if they change my opinion about cobra calipers

Good to know, maybe I'll hold off on purchasing mine until I hear about your findings.

*Fingers crossed* hopefully they work well, I'm not too thrilled with my cobra fronts/mark viii rears, but was chalking it up to my pads. I was always under the impression that the "redstuff" was not available for the mark viii rears based off previous posts, so needless to say I was a little giddy when I stumbled across them. Even though they're pricey its still a much cheaper route then jumping up to Brembo calipers (if my rims will even clear those). :err-what?:

I have red stuff pads on the fronts with the Brembo's since 2007 with no complaints. The pads were not available for the stock rear calipers when I had the brakes done. Still have the same 2007 red stuff pads and stock rear pads on the car now. Well worth the extra $ in my opinion. I feel I can out brake most cars on the road with this setup at the drag strip, and during Atlanta rush hour traffic. :thumbsup:

Brembo calipers will give you that feeling. I have yet to experience cobra calipers come even close to brake feel of those 4 piston calipers. :frown-blue:
