Gray areas

So i have some gray areas from what i assume is wetsanding, I can put polish on it and make it black but then a day or two later (given its been raining alot) its gray again

Sounds like the primer slipping through. Paint too thin, or not enough put on.

Ah it is too thin. Should i just keep throwing polish on it until i can fix it?

Some good Carnauba wax might help keep it black. When you say polish, I think of polishing compound. Wax shouldn't wash off after some rain. My choice of wax is Meguires Gold Class with polymers (whatever they are).

Ill try to do that. Been raining all day everyday for a week where i live, the floodings getting bad
