This video is good. I love is description of how it is like a microwave but it is not. This one is specifically for rusted bolts. This video ironically came on YouTube as the next video.

I have done some work with induction heat treating over the years through my jobs. Induction heating of steels is very fast and effective. there are heat treating companies that specialize in induction heat treating. i have visited a few. I had no idea there were hand held systems.

Actually you can pick up a unit for under $50.00 that are not made specifically for automotive but will work.
