In retrospect, I'll have someone else clean/prep/powder coat it.


Looks fantastic though, did you have any trouble removing it from the car?

I will have to agree with you. POR needs a surface with some bite (ideally sand blasted) to really stick to it. Otherwise it will peel sooner or later.

I've used this product called TractorCote with better results than POR15. Also, when applying it, use a small fine roller for application, it will give a more uniform finish.

I have seen stranger things called art. I never answered your question it was a PITA I soaked the nuts with PB blaster and worked them out by loosening then tightening a little repeating the process until the bolts came out unbroken.
