i need to replace my water pump on my 78 mark V 460. but am having trouble finding one for sale. i have looked on web sites and they say they are for a mark v. but they all look a little different. could someone post a link to one for sale that will work or tell me a brand/name of one that would work? thanks! also any other tips on the replacement would be great!

Looking the part up on www.rockauto.com seems to yield pretty consistent results, priced between $21 and $86, some with gaskets, some without. Of course not looking at yours, I cannot tell if the part is actually the same, but I have had good luck ordering from them in the past. I've placed maybe a dozen orders, and only once have I received a part that was not the correct one for the car.
