New from Largo MD

Happy to be part of this great forum! I have a 97 MKVIII LSC with only 63k on the odometer. It is stock other than upgraded Pioneer entertainment with backup camera system. I replaced the stock air filter with k&n, and use Royal Purple synthetic HPS oil. It is really the best car I have owned out of approx. 30.
Glad to be a member of LOD and wil have pictures soon.

A 63k LSC is a great find. What color?

How'd you mount your backup camera? The usual top two screws of the license plate? I've always wondered if the plates on our cars are mounted too low for that to provide a useful field of view.

She is black with gold pinstripe and chrome directional wheels. The upgrade entertainment screen fits and looks nice in place of the original. The interior is tan leather in perfect shape. Everything works. I don't like the looks of the camera on the plate (had to trim the ends of the brackets) but it works for now.
