New Lincoln in the fold.

Well, I have continued my streak and passion for Lincolns I guess. Just bought my Mom a virtually brand new '95 Lincoln Continental. Absolutely flawless paint with only one tiny rear quarter panel ding. Seats show very little wear for a '95. A couple of cracks in the vinyl around the door controls, (to be expected). All-in-all pretty nice. 90 rounds for 5 G. I still think that is a lot of car for the money. If I could ever learn to post pictures on this site, I could share with you guys. Off to the store to buy all the fix-it-up goodies like waxes, clay bars, leather lotion, etc.

6 Lincolns in the Family Now. Soon to be 7 when I find a nice 2nd Gen for myself.

I tried to buy a Buick LeSabre Limited and to tell you the truth, mid '90's GM car are tacky. I guess that holds true for the '80's also. I can't believe people would buy that crap. That is why GM continues to lose market share.

Alexander, is there a shot I can take to cure my Lincoln fever?

I warned my Dad about the torque steer if he ever got on it. That it could rip the wheel out of his hands.

Well, he finally got on it and sure as sqit, he was both amazed by the passing gear and the torque steer I warned him about. Really nice car and the gauges are beautiful.

Sorry, Geno, no mods on this one.

BUT, the Pristine Pearl LSC is getting a complete workover. Starting with 373's, lowered, air pipe, new muffs replacing the cat/resonator and a chip. This car definitely needs a chip. Anybody know anybody selling chips? J/K The dust collector is getting parted out, I think. Motor for the Monster will be done soon and then the fabbing begins on that one.

My art guy is photoshop'n the new grill design for the '98 and then it is off to my buddy for some lexan fabrication. I can't wait to put a new grill on this car. It is the only part I don't like. I love the rear. Especially with 4 pipes poking out the back.
