Photoshop advice

Attached is a photoshop I am trying to perfect for my website. I want to make a banner that says devicemanager.net across it with lightning and clouds and stuff. This is what I have done so far. I am not completely satisfied with it, I want to maybe add some color and make it look a little smoother.

I want to clean it up a little. I would like the lightning to be more defined and maybe more sharper. Do you have any idea on how to do this? Thanks man!

Hmmm, something isn't working right. Here is a link to the background.

but when I opened it in dreamweaver and then added the buttons to it, it comes up without the background. Funny thing though, it works on my machine but comes up this way on the web. Any ideas.

I have CS. I colorized it, changed the hue/sat/brightness. I used some clone stamp and healing brush here and there (to get rid of the old text). Then I added the new text in. I'm not that good at Photoshop, I'm still learning stuff.

Here is the link to the site. It is being hosted on my 3.3/256 Comcast Cable modem until it is finished, so there is a serious dial up warning. Let me know what you guys think.

Devicemanager, you should contact ONEBADMK8 and have him do something for you. He is unreal at the whole photoshop thing. It drives me nuts because I suck, thats why I am having him do my site.
