Thermal or non Thermal fan clutch?

what type should i use on my mark V?

I would think it would be "thermal?" but I'm surprised you have a choice. The only alternatives I can think of would be electronic, which I highly doubt would be used on that car, or no clutch at all.. (like my '72 Jeep.. )

No thermal clutch. The fan is connected directly to a 2 speed motor. OOps, I thought it was a Mark Vlll. Needs to be moved to correct spot

so what you said about the non thermal was about a mark viii? i think the thermal one is right
