Trouble logging in

I've been having trouble logging in, and when I do get logged in, I get logged out randomly.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Mike suggested clearing my cookies, that didn't help.

What browser are you running? Sometimes in Chrome if I open a link in the forum onto another tab it logs me out.

I've noticed that on my home computer, which I have set to a higher level of paranoia than my work machine, if I do not check "remember me" as I log in, it automatically logs out after an hour or so. I suspect I have something set to delete cookies periodically..

I found I have issues on this computer, which affects new sites. Things like running Java (which I uninstalled but then had to reinstall to view live timing on F1), or other side apps can really mess this computer up.

However, I don't have your specific problem, I occasionally have issues with "new posts" where just a refresh works. Maybe you have different settings as Head Mod?

I refresh when something happens, and if all else fails, I go to Firefox (Chrome only installs sometimes on this computer). I seriously need a new computer. Having a new and informed user for it would also help me, but so far all cabana boy/butler/etc. requests have been turned down. If anyone would like to be an intern, however....

its not the forum settings and I am not experiencing any issues between here and mobile
