Exhaust hanger?

While struggling to get my tranny rebuilt so it works, I thought that the tranny mount was broken. It wasn't broken but it was pretty worn.

What I thought was the tranny mount is actually connected to the exhaust, well, it's not connected any more. The rubber is broken clean through.

What is it called and are they possible to get?

Which part, are you talking about the rubber thingy majig at the transmission mount? I'm trying to remember what it looks like. The regular "donuts" can be purchased at your corner auto parts, but the one in the middle may be a dealer item.

You talking about the two big "cans" made of rubber or the rubber part where the two bolts/bracket right under the trans?

Now I know what you're talking about.

We had to put a thru-bolt on one of mine because the integral stud had become separated from the rubber.
