exhaust options 97-98 Mark

Here are a couple pics and videos of my Mark. All custom 2 1/2" stainless steel pipe. Kooks headers, Magnaflow high flow cats, custom x pipe, Magnaflow oval polished stainless steel mufflers, opened-up to 2 1/2" stock tips. I like the sound a lot. The best Mark exhaust I have seen and heard
by far :)

That sound's very nice. I just got an estimate for the exhaust and it' about $500. I will try to economize a couple of other ways to get it done ASAP. I will show when I and down. Thanks for the great example.

thanks for all the replies im having my exhaust done tomarrow.. im having the guy remove the resonator and put either cherrybombs/flowmasters/magnaflow mufflers on it.
unsure which one will sound the best but hes gonna let me hear each of them so we'll see.
Nobody out here really wants to mess with my car lol i guess i see why i also went to this one guy and asked him to remove the res/3rd cat and run straight pipes but everybody thinks it'll be wayyy too loud whats your guys take?

My exhaust drops off after the third cat and it's pretty loud. I get noticed and pulled over when the officer "visually estimates my speed" fairly often.

Buy one of these and you'll never be at the mercy of a shop again. ;)
I tend to alter my exhaust annually, thus far I've gotten the best results (on my former modular cars) from a 3" or 3.5" Y system. Nice balance of HP and torque, good sound, and lighter than a true dual. It wasn't much to look at, but my best performing/sounding system was a 3" single with one Hooker Aero-Chamber, all sprayed flat black to keep it concealed. lol
