I don't know that I can claim the photo, but I can certainly name the location. This was taken at one of the earlier Minnesota Markfests. That photo was taken on West River Road overlooking the Mississippi River in Minneapolis. That's the Frederick R. Weisman Art Museum in the background with the wacky rooflines.
In the lineup, we appear to have:
Beerdog's MKZ
My old Evergreen '97
Lvnmark's Gen1
...
And about 4 more that I can't quite determine. if I had to guess, they would include KStromberg, Ford Nut, Fastmark, and Slowmark
