Need some video extracted

I'm a wiz at Illustrator, Photoshop, and all that but always have problems with video. That being the case I have a DVD given to me by NHK Japan where there is a segment from when they came to one of my shows and interviewed a bunch of the guys. It's hysterical watching them "speak" Japanese! I need to get that segment into a Quicktime compatible file so I can upload it to my website.

Can anyone help?
