For those who aren't familiar with Slingbox, here's what it does. It interfaces with multiple AV devices including the cable box, tivo, dvd, and others. It allows you to watch and control any of these devices from your computer (PC or MAC) within your home network at full resolution or outside of your home network at a reduced resolution (depends on connection speed).
