Lincoln Mark Vlll keeper

My name is Johnny, this is my second Lincoln, first Mark 8 a 1993 Base. I live in Las Cruces, New Mexico...I'm retired and bought this Mark for $600, it's a real fix me quick car. The fan stop working, fan motor is ok, fuse and relay ck good, whats with the Fan Control module and A/C switch? Because the fan will not turn on, can't drive very far without getting hot. I just like working on cars, and I have my hands full now.
 
Welcome, Johnny!! That's a great price for any running car, let alone a Mark VIII, even if it does need some work.

The connector for the fan at the radiator is a common trouble spot. I'd start there for sure.

Failing that, you'll want to run the self-test described in this thread:

Definitely possible. I didn't think about that, and I obviously should have... :)

93 VCRM Burned out while attending the Lincoln Homecoming - Fixed
