    I am going to a dealership in Rockville Md to look at a MKVIII with only 3400 miles on her. They are asking 17K which is way too much for me though. I paid 10K and thought that was too much for my cherry 97 LSC.

    Kooks Headers

    Anybody have experience with adding headers? I want to upgrade my exhaust system. Any ideas? I have added underdrive pulleys with a 3.73 tracloc rearend. Also running hi flow filters through the stock airbox.

    Underdrive pulleys

    Anyone try these? My local speed shop recommended them as part of my package of 3.73 rear and cold air. I told them i want improved performance but want to keep driveability. They are all quality parts and install. This is a start.

    Spring is around the corner

    Time to get our cars back up to snuff! It's still cold but I am going to check out a show at DC Armory. Dates are 23 -25 Mar. I am not showing but going to start the blood flowing!

    New Brakes

    I have seen brake kits advertised for the front but not the back. I am talking rotors and pads. Is there a difference as the car is 4 wheel disc? 97 LSC.

    What to do with my 97 LSC

    I am fighting myself whether to turbocharge my 4.6 or leave it as is and use the money to buy something else. It runs so nice as is and needs nothing. I can do upgraded brakes though. Suggestions? These are great cars! Also I think I have to drive it more as I am just looking at it and cleaning.

    Condensation on lights

    Is this unique to the MKVIIII? Knowing how hard it will be to get the original lighting should I just plan on all new seals? Both front and rear.

    New from Largo MD

    Happy to be part of this great forum! I have a 97 MKVIII LSC with only 63k on the odometer. It is stock other than upgraded Pioneer entertainment with backup camera system. I replaced the stock air filter with k&n, and use Royal Purple synthetic HPS oil. It is really the best car I have owned...
