Hi all,
Finally got my EGR pipe separated from my stock manifold after the nipple broke off the stock manifold. Took a LOT of heat to get it to finally come loose.
So, with that done, I took the EGR pipe to my friend's house, where my Mark is, and went to test fit it on the Cobra manifold, and of course, the nipple on the cobra manifold is MUCH smaller than the Mark EGR nut.
Any of you guys ran into that? whats the fix? I ordered the 22x1.50 plugs to plug the manifold and the EGR valve though just in case.
I would think I might be able to find a brass fitting to adapt the 2 together, but I havent made it to a hardware store yet and I dont know the threads of the cobra egr nipple.
I would LOVE to have everything function as it should before I get my tune...
