VIII looking for 8s
Hey guys, so here is a glove box discussion for ya. In a nutshell, my diet and physical activity have gone to the wayside and I really want to start up with a program again. Does anyone here have a membership at a health club and could point me in the right direction?
I am 6'5" and weigh about 210 so I am one skinny dude, but regardless feel that I could be in better health. Even skinny people can have high cholesterol, etc. My genetics allow me to tone pretty easily but bulking up is where it gets very difficult and where I have lost motivation in the past. I have pretty high metabolism. I would imagine I am going to need very aggressive weight-lifting and a very high food intake to accomplish this feat.
