Header install question

Just got my kooks headers yesterday. One general install question I still have though. I have an engine hoist supporting the front of the engine from the top. Do I need to lower the engine at all or just support the engine and drop the k-member?

It might help to when trying to access the top header bolts, so yeah have an option of lowering the engine.

You won't be able to lower the engine more than a few inches anyway. Every little bit helps.
