Jaxed.com Done.

OCCUPY LoD :)
Not sure if anyone used it but Whiplash showed me the site and it was VERY helpful in finding Lincolns and other stuff. Basically the site would search ALL the Craigslists nationwide (unless state specified) and would put all the results on one page. I found my Evergreen that way.

Well, CraigsList lawyers send them a Cease and Desist letter and now they took all their CL links options down. My "Lincoln Mark" searches when from 3000+ results to none. :(

Here is the site. We should "Mash" our site with them.

Try it out. Pick a category at the top. Still works for eBay and kiji.

I wonder why CL did that?

Are they planning to add a national search feature?

My dad tried to get me to use Mozilla AND firefox. Just found out that it works on my iPhone though. :) My C drive is full so I can't install anymore programs.

Hard drives are so cheap thats a lame excuse. It's also not good to have your hard drive filled up, slows things down. What size drive do you have and what takes up most of it?

It IS good excuse. Yah I can get another hard drive but then I have to re-install windows and buy all the programs again and blah blah. I have 4 other hard drives but my root drive is full of crap I can't delete. I can't even do the latest IE update because I'm out of room. That and iTunes uses the C drive for backups and music storage. I have a 80 gig or something that's years old and have 2 gig free. So there.

You obviously DO NOT know much about electronics!!! Install a second HD, only leave your operating system on C and put everything else on the new drive, D. Really no excuse!

Even easier just get external HD via an USB port. Also MS has a HD cleanup utility, get rid of the junk and files you don’t need or use.

You guys really don't read do you. I just said I have 4 (FOUR) other hard drives (two partitioned) and my original C drive from probably 8 years ago. I just double checked my specs...it's only 28.9 GB  And I only have (had) 22 meg free! I just deleted all I could and have 1.7 gig free now. LoL

I guess the malaise is contagious! If you ONLY have 22 meg free out of all those hard drives, you need ONE MORE large HD. Throw all those small ones out after you transfer the data to the new big one! Keep the existing C drive and transfer all the DATA and PROGRAMS on it to the new one too. Only keep the operating system on the too small C drive!

J: check the following, and delete all of their contents if you haven't done so already. it should buy you some time.

c:\windows\temp
c:\documents and settings\[your username]\local settings\temporary internet files
c:\documents and settings\[your username]\local settings\temp

(rinse and repeat for all users)

Tose last two may be hidden. In "my computer" go to "tools" then "folder options."
click the "view" tab
select "show hidden files and folders"
un-check the following:
-hide extensions for known file types
-hide protected operating system files.

Or you could probably just run ccleaner, which I think does all of this for you. :D

Simply clone the current drive to a new and bigger HD - swap and go!

I've done it twice on my laptop with SSD drives.

OEM 64GB to a 128GB then a 256 GB.
