performance options for gen1?

i bought a 93 mark from a guy wreched and he said it had some optional performance package on it. has anyone heard of such a thing from the factory? he said he thought it had stock 3.27 gears in it but the door decal has the same number mine has (7 i think) and i know i have the 3.08's. the only perfoncmace package that i know of is the gen 2 LSC and the proto type super mark with the blower on it. doen anyone know of anything that i dont about this "performance package"?

just because its so easy i swaped the ECU out of the wrecked car into mine and by the seat of the pants it seems to run better. my 30-60 seems better and it grabs 2nd gear a lot harded it spins more going into 2nd gear. im not sure what could be differnt about the ecu's i have 3 of them the one that came with my car a 94 and the one that came with my parts car a 93 and the one that came with my motor that was a 93. the stock (94) one is smoother on the decell while both 93 ecu's snap crackle and pop a bit when you let off the gas.

Can you post the Catch Code or PCM codes from the two 93's and the 94 PCM?

should be a four digit alphanumeric sequence
such as DZA1 which is the catch code for my 95 PCM.

I've seen alot of 94's with the z4ho code and 93's with WSZ3

can you post yours?

ya my 94 is the Z4HO and both 93's are W3Z3. the one out of the wrecked car is more resopnsive and it comes back to idle quicker i think. i make a U-turn everyday at lunch and the car has never came around on me like this with eather of the other ecu's. the car came completley sideways the others just fishtail a little bit. could this be a hotter ecu or is my mind just playing games with me so i think its quicker?
