Well, looks like i will have another refrigerator for sale. I will be getting a new one as a gift because the woman don't like the current side by side since the right side sits up against the wall so the door cant open fully.

It is a white side by side whirlpool model gs6sha, purchased 8/13/03 @ lows for 1,296.00 http://www.kitchenaid.ca/assets/pdfs/literature/Use and Care Guide - 2220699.pdf

Let me know if there is any interest before it goes on craigslist, should be available in about 6 weeks give or take a few weeks. If no interest in this one i will have a top freezer one i could part with.

Wow, that fridge looks EXACTLY like my Kenmore. It's been trouble free since day 1

I think they are all made by the same company, Whirlpool, Amana, Jen Air, Kitchenaid, Roper, Kenmore and Maytag brands.

Not sure about that, i have made like 7 mortgage payments and my principle is almost the same :(

that's the worst. Mine took nearly a year before I started to impact the principle.

And then I got my tax assessment...

And then I got my tax assessment...

They just redid my town, my land value was assessed at $97,000 higher then when I bought it, and the house went down $300.

I was hoping to have extra cash to make a principle payment, not yet. I hope to make one extra payment a year just towards the principle.

My house was purchased for $815,000 in March 2006 and I bought it for $355,000. I was paying the higher tax bracket because the bank had already prepaid for the year. After it was assessed, I only got 426 bucks back!! :(
