My black 94 Mark VIII exhaust started getting loud all of a sudden on the way home from work.
I put the car on the tilt lift, and found the leak is coming from the passenger side cat, the upper seam where it is welded together. The whole seam is leaking, like all the welds broke loose. The car still runs great, it's just louder.
Anyone else see this before?
I've always been impressed with how long these stock exhaust systems last (I've never had to replace a pipe or muffler on one of these cars yet).
