I wrote to them again this year to see if there's any way to assure that the Mark VIII's can park together for the auto show (only $20 to register). So if you are interested in attending this event, please post so we can use our numbers to convince them to let us register together.
Last year we registered and parked with the TCCoA. Really, it is SUCH a fun event!

Oh, I should clarify -- when I say park together, that's for the cars that will show (which if you're coming to the event just to watch is well worth it whether car is show worthy or not). If you are racing, you'd be parking in the pits. From what I remember, they do not allow you to do both.

The Mustang & Fords / Mustang Monthly Auto Show Spectacular
The Mustang & Fords / Mustang Monthly Auto Show Spectacular is divided into four main categories and more than 70 judged classes. The first 300 registered vehicles will receive a special Auto Show Spectacular commemorative full-color dash plaque for free.
The four main categories of the show are Stock, Modified, Super Modified, and Special Interest. Each of the 70 judged classes will present trophies to the First, Second, and Third Places. In addition, awards will be given to Best of Show, Best Engine Compartment, Best Paint, and Best Interior.

I of course will be there and I promise I won't work as much this year. I'll try to take it all off... except maybe be your greater/host when you get there.
I'd like to get an idea of those that will be attending so I can set up a hotel block. The last 2 years in a row we have had a group rate of $89.99 per night for a delux room at the Drury Plaza Hotel. More than likely I can make this happen again. But before I set it up I would like to know how many rooms to block off for the group. Parking at the hotel is $15 a night, however with enough rooms I may be able to negotiate that. Parking is in a secured garage within the hotel building as well.
The Drury Plaza Hotel is a downtown hotel in St. Louis. The arch is just across the street and Busch Stadium is 2 blocks away. Some of the admenities include a free hot breakfast, 1 hour long distance comped per day, and free evening beverages.

If you're going to show, Saturday and Sunday are the days of judging.
