Looks like a master cylinder cover off pre 80's cars if ya flip it upside right, but that thing doesnt have the GM feel too it. The finish is too nice still and its not stamped out mass produced. lol I'm guessing Buick or Ford something. :)

You guys give up? I'll give you another hint....the tool isn't stout enough to be a heavy duty puller, concentrate MORE on compression.
