Is there a "master" list of the the engine codes (ODB-I) for gen1 Mark VIIIs. I pulled my codes and can't seem to find a list anywhere (on the internet and here). The codes are listed sporadically throughout the service manual and I don't have the time to look thru every chapter.

I have a 94 VIII with what appears to be the factory radio/cassette deck. Does any know if I can easily install the factory 10 disc cd changer? I see they are running about $100 on ebay. I noticed that there are no CD buttons on the tape deck. Is the wiring hardness pre wired in the truck for...
