03-04 cobra radiator in a mark

is anyone running an 03-04 cobra radiator? i thought i heard since its shorter it fits under the support brace better when you put a centri supercharger in? anyone with advice? thanks

That's exactly what I remember hearing from mad1stgen.

Since it's all aluminum the 03 cobra rad. has a steel support frame.
This is too large to fit directly into the Mark mounts without squashing the radiator some. I removed the frame, cut off the large
mounting pins and flipped them inward. This allows the radiator to
drop down into the lower part of the Marks lower radiator support.
I drilled 2 large holes (7/8 or 1 inch) in that lower support that
coresponds to the new pin locations and reused the stock bottom
rubber mounts. This, with modificaton to the top condenser mount,
allows both to be tipped forward & under the upper support.
I made 2 heavy straps to attach the top radiator rail to the underside of the upper support. The fan is offset some to the pass. side of the car and in the way of a Vortech intake elbow. By flipping
it over, cutting off the stock mounting ears, moving it as far as possible to the drivers side and mounting it to the upper and lower
radiator supports it will clear the blower.
Done carefully this all can look as good as factory.
I bought a digital camera and took pics of every step, by I haven't
downloaded them. I should post a how-to file.
I'm still working on modifying the stock intake to work with the
blower.
Also remember there's no tranny cooler in the 03 rad., you'll need
a really big external one. I used a B&M with its own 9-1/2" fan.
