What does the 108 in the 5x108 bolt pattern for the Mark VIII mean? Is there ANY WAY I could get a 5x112 with a +35 offset to fit? Thanks a lot!!!

5 x 108 means 5 lugs in a circle that is 108mm in diameter, which is 4-1/4". 5 x 112 is 5 lugs in a circle that is 4-3/8" in diameter. The only way to make it fit is to have your hubs redrilled in the new pattern.
